Am I under coolant or is my A / C compressor out of my Dodge Durango?

Yesterday, in my Dodge Durango 2000 / C stopped working. Today I bought thinking I just needed refrigerant charge. When I started the car and put the A / C max, the compressor started running and was making a clicking. I connected the indicator of the low side port pounds, and the pressure was very high and bouncing between 70 and 80. I'm thinking maybe I lost one of the cylinders and that can not shoot downward pressure? Or is there something else could be? After looking on, the compressor is definitely bad. I'm getting labor contributions to change the compressor / accumulator and the lowest budget I have received only labor was $ 200. To provide the parties with me. The only thing I wonder is whether a 2000 Dodge Durango has an expansion valve or a kind of hole? I'm not sure where to find this information.
